Formerly a Prosecutor in Albania, she has a rich experience in public service, academia and government administration.  Dr. Sinani was graduated from the Law School in Albania.  In addition, she holds a Master of Law with a Certificate of Specialization in the International Human Rights from University of Connecticut School of Law, and a Doctorate from Northeastern University. 

Dr. Elda Sinani is highly requested keynote speaker. Her teaching and research areas include women's human rights,social justice,peace building,international development,human trafficking, education,crime prevention,negotiation,leadership development, conflict resolution,immigration,and gender discrimination. Elda Sinani is the author of several books,reports and articles on human rights,racial&gender discrimination and immigration issues. Elda Sinani is a prominent figure of Albanian Diaspora in America.
